Second Scenario Won!

Hello All,

sorry for not updating, just I am too busy.

I want to inform, that all computer models gatherd to show that the second scenario will take place on Thursday for the arctic blast.

So no snow, just wide frost and severe icing mostly everywhere on Thursday with very low temperatures.

Also, we could see some stations in eastern Jordan reporting record temperatures during Thursday-Friday night.

There is a low chance for some light (localized) snow on Wednesday evening and night over southern high Mountains, and eastern desert.

I will be back tomorrow for more specifications. Stay Tuned

Good Night,
Mohammed

Despite the dominance of a high pressure system over central europe for the past 10 days, we have not see major moisture coming into our region. Is this set to continue? and why? i thought that the jetstream would flow south east over the high towards us.

Dear Mohammad,

Do you think that we will be getting any precipitation soon? Possibly some snow? I've been tracking a storm that should hit Amman sometime Saturday or Sunday (1/2/09) morning. Do you think it may bring some snow to places that reaching freezing level.
